OpenGL Alt-Tab (WinXP)

This application uses OpenGL to display the tasks (windows) running in the system. It replaces the default Alt-Tab on Windows XP. In Windows Vista/7 the application doesn't start because of the Flip 3D application that already uses the Alt+Tab hotkey. I will try to fix this, probably changing the hotkey.

After installation, use the config to set the application parameters.
